Are We Living in a Shift of Consciousness?
Sometimes I look around at the pure ridiculousness of the world and think: Is this really happening? Politics, media, tech, money games, it’s like a giant circus. But behind the noise, I can’t help but wonder: are we going through a shift in consciousness?
For those who see beyond the surface, the ones who notice the cracks in the story we’ve been sold, life can feel surreal. You see the strings being pulled, the distractions, the programmed patterns, and it can be lonely. You wonder: Am I crazy, or is everyone else asleep?
And then there are the sleepers, not bad people, just deeply invested in what feels safe, normal, and familiar. They scroll, they nod, they play along, because questioning the script feels too risky. Some will wake up slowly when the cracks hit home, others may never.
So what happens to those who “see”?
They become frustrated truth-tellers.
Or catalysts for change.
Or simply people who decide to live differently, with small acts of honesty, community, and creativity.
Maybe that’s what the shift really is, not a global “awakening” all at once, but millions of small sparks. Some will light fires, others will burn quietly, waiting for the right time.
The trick, I think, is not to get lost in fighting the sleepers or drowning in frustration. It’s to build pockets of sanity, joy, and connection, and let those ripple out. Because consciousness doesn’t shift through shouting, it shifts through living differently, one choice at a time.
