If I’m honest, I don’t think I started my blog with some grand plan to change the world. I started it because I needed to say things I couldn’t say out loud. But as it’s grown, I’ve realized something: we need the truth. We need the raw, unfiltered stories, not the polished ones dressed up in perfection and pretense. We need reminders that pain doesn’t make us broken, that humour and heart can co-exist with trauma, and that sometimes the rebels, the black sheep, the “too sensitive” ones are the ones who see what’s really going on.
So what change would I like my blog to make?
I want it to crack something open in people. Even if it’s just a crack. I want someone to read it and feel less alone. I want someone to laugh even though their heart’s heavy. I want someone to question the systems that keep us numb and disconnected from ourselves, from one another, and from nature. I want them to remember who they were before the world told them who to be.
Big or small, if my words spark something, courage, curiosity, connection, then maybe that’s how the real change starts.
Quietly.
Honestly.
From the inside out.
