Daily Prompt: How do you practice self-care?
Easy. I do whatever the hell feels right. Some days that’s a walk in the woods, letting the wind remind me I’m alive. Other days it’s hiding from humans, drinking cold coffee in my dressing gown while ignoring every message that dares light up my phone.
My golden rule? Stay out of drama like it’s contagious, because it is. I don’t have the time, the patience, or the eyebrow strength for other people’s nonsense.
Nature’s my therapist. The trees don’t judge, the sky doesn’t gossip, and the birds never ask me if I’ve “tried yoga.” That’s my kind of tribe.
Self-care isn’t bubble baths and inspirational quotes. It’s knowing when to step back, shut up, and soak up the peace you built for yourself.
