New Name, Who Dis? A Sassy Numerological Spin…

Listen up, cosmic pals – I’m convinced we pick our names before we’re born, like choosing a Wi-Fi password for our soul’s vibe. So, when asked, ‘If you had to change your name, what would it be?’ I got all tingly and dove into numerology’s magical math to find a new moniker with pizzazz.

My current name’s fine – solid, dependable, probably a 4 in numerology (think ‘stable but snoozy’). But if I’m rewriting my soul’s business card, I’m going full Raven. It’s witchy, mysterious, and screams, ‘I’m here to slay!’

Numerology says names are like cosmic playlists, setting the beat for your life. I reckon my soul picked my name for some boring karmic reason (taxes, probably). But Raven? That’s my alter ego sipping cosmic cocktails and living for the plot twists.

  1. Greetings my lovely,🤗
    Hmmm, let me think…
I don’t think Raven, would be good for you, especially if you were transported back in time.
Those medieval religious idiots would have burnt you at the stake.
I think your name suits you fine, but if I were to choose others for you, they would be Seraphina or Sinead. 😇😉

My name means lover of horses, and my ex’ nickname for me, was horse.
In all honesty, I do love horses, and if I had the land and could afford it, I would have a couple of horses, as well as my pack of dogs. 😉
I was named after my mums first serious crush, one of her friends elder bothers.
I’m sure my dad (whose name was Wesley, middle name Anthony, but preferred to be called Tony) wasn’t too pleased about my mums choice of names for me.🤣

If I could choose a name for myself, at the time I was able to think about it and speak, I would have chosen David, Michael, or Joseph.
Which just happen to be one of my paternal uncles name, and two of my sons names.

Could you imagine, having the ability to tell your parents what name, you would like to be called?…Now that would be something. 😆

    1. You’re absolutely right, Phil. If I’d been called Raven and ended up in medieval times, I’d have been fast-tracked to the nearest bonfire. Seraphina and Sinead both sound far too graceful for the chaos I tend to bring, but I’ll take the compliment and flutter my imaginary wings anyway. 😇

I love that your name has horsey roots, and I totally get the dream of having a bit of land, some dogs, and a couple of horses roaming about. Sounds like peace with hooves and tails.

And your mum naming you after her first crush? Iconic. Poor Tony never stood a chance. 😆

As for toddlers naming themselves, imagine the chaos. We’d have generations of humans called “Spider-Man,” “Toastie,” or “Princess Dinosaur.” Honestly, though… maybe they’d be onto something.

      Much Love xxx

      1. Hi M,😄
I agree with you concerning children naming themselves…it would be a complete disaster.
However less face it, would it be any worse than Poppet, Apple, Mercedes, Porsche etc. 🤣
As for the horse theme, it get’s more comically ironic for me, as my birthday is within the first week of December, 😄, I’m sure you’ve worked that out. 😉🐎

      2. The horse theme? Of course, you’re a Sagittarius, wild, wise, and a little bit wicked. Love it, Phil!
