Episode 42 -A Retrospective from the Delusional Files..

A Retrospective from the Delusional Files: What in the Hell Were Bully & Fanny Thinking?

Sometimes I look back and wonder… not at me for surviving it all but at them. Bully Yates and Fanny McFox, strutting around Faurel Hill like they were the stars of a Netflix docudrama called ‘Entitled & Oblivious’.

What were they thinking? That gaslighting and gatekeeping would be mistaken for leadership? That ignoring emails was some kind of spiritual boundary practice? That turf-stacking and tractor revving were intimidation tactics? That a few sneaky camera angles and passive-aggressive silences would earn them sainthood in the Executor Olympics?

Meanwhile, I’m over here just trying to figure out where the turf ends and the trauma begins . Let’s be honest, if they spent half as much energy on being decent as they did plotting their petty empire, they’d probably be running a yoga retreat by now. But no. Bully and Fanny chose the path less traveled: the scenic route of self-delusion, lined with potholes of projection and stop signs made of pure ego. So yes, looking back, it’s clear now. They weren’t just ‘doing their best’. They were doing the most. And bless their hearts… it’s all so obvious in hindsight.

Lesson of the Day:

Looking back, things that once felt confusing, even terrifying, now sit in full view. Like a jigsaw you didn’t know you were putting together! Click by painful click – until the picture finally made sense.

Fear has a way of clouding our instincts. It whispers doubts into the moments when we most need clarity. It keeps us second-guessing ourselves while others go unchecked.

But here’s the truth: the fog always lifts. And when it does, you won’t believe how obvious it all is. The games. The manipulation. The turf-throne drama kings and clipboard queens.

So today’s lesson? If something feels off, it sure is. And even if it takes time, you’ll see it clear one day and wonder why you ever doubted yourself at all. Keep walking. Even through the fog. Clarity loves a moving target.
